How Does It Work?

Simulate Funding

The first step is to simulate your project on our platform. This will give you an estimated funding amount and terms.

Submit Funding Data

Once you're happy with the simulation results, you can submit your project data. This includes information about your project, such as its location, size, and budget.

Virtual Due Diligence

After our team will approve your initial data submission, we will start our virtual due diligence process. This includes reviewing your project data, conducting financial modeling, and assessing the overall risk profile of your project - don't worry, it’s all digital!

Funding Agreement

After your project is approved for funding, we will sign a funding agreement. This agreement will outline the terms of the funding, such as the interest rate, repayment schedule, and equity stake.

Project open for Funding

Once the funding agreement is signed, your project will be open for funding to our network of accredited investors.

Investor Inroduction

We will introduce your project to our network. These investors are interested in funding renewable energy projects and are looking for opportunities to invest in projects with strong fundamentals.

Seal the Deal

If one or more investors are interested in funding your project, they will make you an offer. If you accept the offer, you will enter into a contract with the investor and the funding will be disbursed.
